FRONTIER Companies Completes Construction of a New Retail Development in Elizabeth City, NC

FRONTIER Companies has completed the construction of the new retail development in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, located at 3875 Conlon Way on an outparcel of the Tanglewood Pavilions.

FRONTIER’s Development division completed the ground-up development providing a turn-key retail center to each of its tenants. FRONTIER’s Building division managed all construction aspects of the project.

The 7,367 square foot retail center includes an Aspen Dental, Great Clips hair salon, and a T-Mobile outpost. The plaza was built on a 64,000 square foot lot and includes 67 parking spaces.

“This was the ideal site to build this new retail center on the intersection of Halstead Blvd and Tanglewood Parkway. It’s conveniently located near other national retailers such as Walmart Supercenter, Hobby Lobby and TJ Maxx,” said FRONTIER project manager Luis Davila.
